Bit of a pointless thread until all these players are competing together to be fair, but no doubt another thread that will rage on for 60 or 70 pages!

Not seem that much of Gillespie but Pat Holtz looked good on Sunday and I think has Scotland's best singles performances in the WEPF Worlds albeit not recently. PS. Steve Munro and James Pheely also would be in the top 4 if you count exiles. ----------------- CML Web Design LtdYour complete web solution!

Can't believe Mike Clark and Raymond Mowat don't even get a mention! Both fantastic players in my opinion!!

Based on CURRENT form..
My GUESS (like I say, these players don't play together but I've seen enough of the top SPA players to make a reasonably informed judgment)
1 - Jayson Shaw 2 - Scott Gillespie 3 - Pat Holtz 4 - Pat McCarron 5 - Ross McInnes 6 - Darren Matthew 7 - Scott Ross 8 - Danny Kinney 9 - Ian Daniel 10 - Alex McDowell
The next 20 or so would be much of a muchness, with Mike C, Phil Jnr and Chris C in there somewhere

Not a bad shout Scott i would love to see a SEPF select v SPA select Two legs home and away world rules up here and Blackball down there Think Chris is not far of the mark but i would swap 1 and 2 and Ian Daniel must be in around 8 Also Mike C has to be on the list best match player in the business [ This message was edited by: cammy on 2010-02-09 01:36 ]

if you're counting exiles, then obviously SpringHeeledJim's the best bar none....then we have Darren Matthew and Ross McInnes...the rest of you are shit.

em from what Ive seen shaw is defo the best but its hard with daz as on his day he is amazing but he hardly plays that much now so not sure. My top 5 would be 1: Shaw 2: Gillespie 3: Dazza 4: Holtz 5: Patty/Scott Ross? I would love to see a two leg match but don't think that will ever happen. ----------------- Mon the Mill [ This message was edited by: Darties on 2010-02-09 11:08 ]
