The 3rd National Tour which includes:

I have had a few people asking why on National Tour Weekends do we not have a mens event.
It is more than possible that we could do the Mens Event on the Sunday at the same venues if the support/numbers for holding them were there. How many from region 1 would be interested ? Profile

Should be all the events added now. Where is Greens? First event clashes with ADPL Doubles Finals but I think Martin was looking at moving that anyway as there is a snooker event at the same time I think.

Event 3 Sat August 4th venue TBC Region 1
This was changed a while back to the following week due to a clash with EPA Seniors Tour which many of our O50s play on. It's Sat 11th and Sun 12th. Note: All National Tours are Sat: Ladies & Juniors, Sun: O50s & U21s. Cheers Profile

I think it might be the North of Scotland finals which could affect about 6-10 of our top players perhaps? Think it slipped through net at start of the season as we did try and not put events on at same time as snooker finals.

Just a reminder that the first SEPF National Tour will be at the Bowl 2000 , Elgin on the weekend of the 31st March - 1st April.
As posted above Ladies and Juniors on the Saturday , Seniors and Under 21's on the Sunday. Remember the SEPF dress code will apply : proper shoes,proper trousers and a collared or polo shirt. NO football colours , jeans , trainers or hats ----------------- John Hay Profile

congratulations to Fraser Allan on winning Event4 in Dumfries beating Steven Graham 3-0 in the Final, Fraser also became the Scottish National Junior champion for 2012. Other Region 1 Juniors saw Findlay Anderson get to the Quarter Finals and Stuart Thom reaching the Semi-Finals. Both Stuart and Findlay should have top 6 final ranking placing so a good competition was had by the Region 1 Junior players.
