The result must be Phoned/texted (07776337137) or emailed (poolresults@gmail.com) to the match secretary by the end of the following day. Failure to do so will render the result void. Matches may be played early by mutual consent but under no circumstances beyond the deadline date for that round. Failure to do so will render the result void. Group Stages and Finals Day where the matches shall all be played at set venues
